At 14th Star we brew all our craft beer with freshest local ingredients possible — but unfortunately, occasionally one of our beers gets lost or sits on a shelf for too long.
To ensure you get the best flavor experience from every 14th Star brew we stamp the bottom each can the day it’s filled with a “packaged on” date.
The chart below has the “fresh range” of our core brews.
Beer | Fresh Range |
B-72 | 60 days |
Tribute | 90 days |
Valor | 120 days |
Follow Me | 120 days |
Recruit | 120 days |
MBS | 180 days |
Just because a beer is out of the “fresh range” doesn’t mean that the beer has expired or gone bad — it simply means that the flavor profile of that particular beer may not represent what we intended when it was brewed.
Some beers, such as our barrel aged series, will continue to develop in the bottle for many years.
